Adult Refresher Thursday 6.15pm -7.30pm Sunday 11.00am - 12.15pm
Appleby Elite Squad Tuesday 6.00pm - 8.00pm Friday 6.00pm - 8.00pm
Appleby Advanced Squad Tuesday 4.30pm -6.00pm Friday 4.30pm -6.00pm
Appleby Development Squad Thursday 4.30pm - 6.00pm Friday 4.30pm -6.00pm
Open play sessions (no fee)
Members open practice Thursday 7.30pm - 9.30pm
Otherwise, full members can use the centre at any time when a table is free, unless the hall is fully booked
