APPLEBY ACADEMY JUNIOR SELECTION TOURNAMENT for ELITE SQUAD PLAYERS on Saturday 12th December 2009

Thank you for your entry (players entered are in the list below) in this Saturday's 12th December Appleby Academy Elite Squad Tournament.

You have all confirmed to me that you will be attending.

If you are unable to play then the whole tournament will need to be re-organised which causes a lot of inconvenience and time for the tournament organisers, so please let me know at the soonest by e-mailing me on craiggascoyne.jtta@gmail.com or 01534 615835 or 07797921344 so a reserve can be found.

Please read the following very carefully!!

All players have been graded into bands according to past tournament results including Appleby Academy Tournaments and league averages. The bands are as follows:

Band 1 - Hugo Tupper, Josh Band, Max Tupper, Luke Walker, Scott Cassin and Jordan Wykes.

Band 2 - Tom Marsay, Jack Messervy, Thomas Morgan, Kelsey Le Maistre, Jodie Le Maistre and Oliver Griggs.

Band 3 - Jack Mills, Harry Messervy, Philip Quinn, Chris Moorsehead, Michael Fisher and Timmy Boulter.

All players will therefore play 5 matches each.

The first matches will start at 1pm sharp, with a break halfway through. We would expect the tournament to finish at around 16:30.

Please ensure that you arrive at the Centre no later than 12:45, and report to tournament organisers Geoff Reed or Tom Quinn at their table on arrival.

You will all be expected to umpire matches when you are not playing.

It is vitally important that you let me know before Saturday if you are unable to play, or if you are going to be slightly later than 12:45 (Please ring the Centre 01534 615835 or myself on 07797921344).

Any players who arrive late without letting us know will be excluded from the tournament.
